The Headland Solar Project is an approximately 220-megawatt solar farm proposed by Ranger Power in Livingston County.
The Headland Solar Project is Expected to Generate:
- Over $36 million in personal property tax revenue over the next 25 years
- Over $3.5 million in personal property tax revenue in the first year alone
- Over 25 year project life, we project:
- $3.8 million to emergency services
- $25.7 million to local schools, primarily the Fowlerville Community School District
- Over $7.8 in combined revenue to the local Township Government
